Left and Right Wound Garage Door Steel Torsion Spring

This garage door steel torsion spring crafted with precision from high carbon steel 82B and cast aluminum ADC12. This torsion spring is coated for clean handling, has the dimensions stenciled on it for easy identification, and like all of our parts, is made from quality steel. Both winding and stationary cones are professionally installed.

PRODUCT DETAIL

The residential torsion springs are found on a shaft above the center of the garage door, they are an essential part of all overhead doors. We stock a full range of wire sizes in galvanized hard-drawn wire and oil-tempered wire, and we produce spring inside diameters ranging from 1-¾” through 6” to cover all of your spring applications.

All springs are color-coded according to standards. Our galvanized and oil-tempered springs are engineer tested and perform at an equal performance level. These high-quality springs ensure superior performance, lasting durability, and easy installation. We also stock a wide variety of coned springs and spring snakes for fast delivery.

DIFFERENT SURFACE TREATMENTS

Oil Tempered Surface

The surface is painted with oil toeffectively prevent oxidation and rust.Affordable price and long service life.

Powder Coated

You can choose any color you like for thecoated spring, such as red, orange, bluewhite, black, etc. And it is not easy to fade.

Galvanized Surface

Galvanized springs have high corrosionresistance and their service life can begreatly extended.

High Cycle Life

Crafted from high-carbon steel (82B) and cast aluminum (ADC12), these torsion springs boast excellent fatigue resistance; passes salt spray tests up to 350 hours and a minimum of 18,000 "standard-cycles" and 25,000 "high-cycle".

Stenciling

Spring dimensions and winding stripes are stenciled on all galvanized and coated oil-tempered coned springs, up to a max of 50”, and custom stenciling is available upon request.

Long Service Life

It will not rust, weaken or corrode inharsh environments such as extremetemperature changes and humidity.
