Garage Door Torsion Springs with Cones All Sizes

The garage door torsion spring is constructed of steel and it includes a stationary cone and a winding cone attached to opposite ends of the spring. We offer a wide selection of torsion springs in 1.75” to 6”diameters in multiple wire sizes ranging from 0.192” to 0.438”.

PRODUCT DETAIL

Torsion garage door springs are an essential part to any Garage, for creating the Torque to open and close the Garage. We have in-stock, standard or high-cycle, precision manufactured garage door torsion springs in a multitude of sizes and materials types.

All torsion springs are manufactured from class 2 high-tensile, oil-tempered spring wire. All of our torsion spring wire is coated for improved corrosion resistance and easier handling. Both 16,000 "standard" cycle and 25,000 "high-cycle" springs are available in left or right wind, and in precut or longer lengths. Both the winding and stationary cones are professionally installed for safe operation. Torsion springs are designed to lift specific weights and should be replaced with springs of the same size and wire gauge. Each of our stock torsion springs include an assembled stationary and winding cone.

DIFFERENT SURFACE TREATMENTS

Oil Tempered Surface

The surface is painted with oil toeffectively prevent oxidation and rust.Affordable price and long service life.

Powder Coated

You can choose any color you like for thecoated spring, such as red, orange, bluewhite, black, etc. And it is not easy to fade.

Galvanized Surface

Galvanized springs have high corrosionresistance and their service life can begreatly extended.

High Cycle Life

Crafted from high-carbon steel (82B) and cast aluminum (ADC12), these torsion springs boast excellent fatigue resistance; passes salt spray tests up to 350 hours and a minimum of 18,000 "standard-cycles" and 25,000 "high-cycle".

Stenciling

Spring dimensions and winding stripes are stenciled on all galvanized and coated oil-tempered coned springs, up to a max of 50”, and custom stenciling is available upon request.

Long Service Life

It will not rust, weaken or corrode inharsh environments such as extremetemperature changes and humidity.
