About IDAEXPO+
IDAEXPO+, hosted by the International Door Association, is an annual professional exhibition and educational platform for the door industry and access control system industry. According to the official introduction of IDA, the mission of the association is to promote the professional development of the industry through advocacy, education and collaboration. Its annual exhibition, IDAEXPO+, is also one of the most core industry events of the association.
From the perspective of industry influence, IDAEXPO+ is not only a platform for showcasing new products, but also an important window for door industry practitioners to understand technological trends, expand cooperation resources, and participate in professional exchanges. As an industry organization, IDA was established in 1995. It was formed by the merger of the Door & Operator Dealers Association (founded in 1968) and the Far Western Garage Door Association (founded in 1964). At this year's IDAEXPO+, CHI will focus on showcasing residential garage doors and their supporting garage door hardware parts solutions, covering a wide range of mainstream product series and application scenarios, including classic garage doors, modern and simple garage doors, aluminum-frame glass garage doors, various style door panel solutions, as well as supporting hardware systems such as tracks, hinges, rollers, torsion springs, and seals.
Through the collaborative display of the entire door and the hardware system, CHI will comprehensively showcase its integrated supply capabilities from the door body to accessories, as well as its comprehensive strength in product development, manufacturing processes and delivery support.
CHI Products and Manufacturing Advantages
CHI has long been dedicated to the research and development and manufacturing of garage doors and their corresponding hardware systems. Centering on structural stability, weather resistance, operational reliability and batch consistency, it continuously optimizes materials, processes and quality control systems to provide more competitive product solutions for global customers.In terms of door body products, CHI uses high-quality steel plates with a thickness of 0.30 to 0.40mm and high-density PU foaming technology. This not only enhances the insulation performance but also strengthens the overall strength and structural stability of the door panels, effectively reducing the risks of bulging, deformation and sagging. The surface treatment adopts an automated spraying process and combines weather-resistant UV coating technology, which can better control the color difference consistency in batch orders and enhance the long-term weather resistance of the products in high-temperature, humid and salt spray environments.
In terms of hardware systems, CHI focuses on the matching accuracy of key components, surface anti-corrosion and operational durability. The core hardware components are treated with hot-dip galvanizing for rust prevention. The entire system has undergone strict operation and durability tests to ensure that the door opens and closes more smoothly, with lower noise and less maintenance in the later stage. Meanwhile, the product can be configured specifically according to different market demands to meet the application requirements in various climate conditions such as hurricanes, severe cold, and coastal areas.
